FMEA and Control Plans
The Manufacturing Document Management Module has an integrated Process Flow, FMEA and Control Plan section. The following functions are supported:
- Links the Process Steps to the FMEA to the Control Plan
- Each FMEA line item has a corresponding Control Plan line. You can't edit one without the other.
- Is a controlled document with revision levels, history and authorization.
- Includes core team, escalation and reporting.

Implementation
Implementing EASEMDM is achieved by using a combination of existing off-the-shelf EASEworks software and customization and integration services provided by our IT systems team.
Working in conjunction with your manufacturing engineers and other members of your team to identify your specific needs we will map out a recommended course of action that most effectively meets your stated needs.
This initial phase usually takes approximately three weeks to complete - one week on site and two weeks in our offices developing the project outline and illustrating the required customization.
